The very idea of maintenance is to make any door or some other product you’ve bought from us work as long and reliable as possible. Maintenance contract is the best way to ensure you’ll get it. Today, four types of maintenance contracts, intended for four different product groups, are available from us:
- Private garage door maintenance
- Industrial door and loading equipment maintenance
- Access systems’ maintenance (parking, gate operators, road barriers)
- “All in one” maintenance
Maintenance service is also available without a contract.
If you call the service number 12160 (available in Estonia only) , your call will be registered and assistance will be available within 12 h, depending on the location of the object. You can call outside the office hours; however, you will be then connected to a technician, giving you advice over the phone and, if applicable, coming over to fix your problem.
