Swing gate operators
We offer a full range of FAAC swing gate operators – starting from equipment intended for smaller private house gates with lower frequency of use up to full-scale industrial gates, which are characterised by high intensity of use.
Electro-mechanical operators, intended for private house owners, are simpler by nature and therefore, also available at lower prices.
Hydraulic operators, while being more expensive, also represent a choice, suitable for private houses.
Hydraulic operators should be the first choice of apartment houses and industrial buildings, as these are meant for high performance and high intensity applications.
All the operators can be fitted with safety features (for example, photo cell sensors), which will prevent a gate from closing when there’s an obstacle in the operating range of the gate. Remote controls, code switches, key terminals, warning lights, etc can be also fitted to the gates. If necessary, only one half of the gate can be opened.

Sliding gate operators
FAAC sliding gate operator represent an ideal choice for controlling the access of vehicles to areas characterise by low, average and high traffic density. If the motor is not working, the system can be locked down mechanically, as the drive is fitted with a worm gearing.
The more contemporary operators are fitted with a clutch, which ensure adjustable breaking resistance for the drive. A convenient emergency release device allows the gate to be opened and closed during a power failure or emergency.
All the operators can be fitted with safety features (for example, photo cell sensors), which will prevent a gate from closing when there’s an obstacle in the operating range of the gate. Remote controls, code switches, key terminals, warning lights, etc. can be also fitted to the gates. If necessary, only a part of the gate can be opened.
