In addition to standard equipment it is possible to fit a variety of accessories to the scissor lift , making it easier to handle, adding safety and diversifying its scope of application

1. Undercarriage with wheels. A scissor lift, once fitted on wheels, will become a mobile and easily handled tool. Two of the wheels can be fitted with brakes, keeping the lift securely in place.

2. Trolley. Special edged wheels for moving on tracks are available among the accessories. The basic version is a push-trolley; however, an engine can be fitted also.

3. Rolling-off protection – prevents the pallets from rolling off.

4. Ramp to facilitate loading. Ramp provides an easy and effective method for compensating the height between the scissor lift and the earth. The ramp is usually fitted to the lift.

5. Circular turntable – facilitates the turning of goods on the scissor lift.

6. Rectangular turntable – facilitates the turning of goods on the scissor lift. Adds 45 mm to the height of the scissor lift.

7. Mechanic security bolts – mechanic security bolts are required for transporting heavy cargo from the scissor lift platform, lifted to the uppermost position.

8. Pallet frame – a ROCLA-type, mobile frame is handled with a lift, thus facilitating the relocation of the scissor lift.

9. Side barriers – height 1,100 mm, fitted with a 150 mm device to protect the worker’s toes.

10. Side barriers with gate frame – requires 2 m of space when kept in the uppermost position.

11. Self-locking hinged gate – facilitates working with the scissor lift.

12. Tilting platform – hydraulically operated tilted platform with a security edge.

13. Height monitoring system – height monitoring device for a scissor lift, fitted with a photoelectric beam.

14. Platform on rollers – conveyor-type (can be fitted with either belt or chain transmission). Ideal for using on conveyor systems with different levels.

15. Bellow or chain curtain under the platform. Protects the scissor lift from dirt and dust while adding an extra security feature. Bellow curtains can be also fitted to offer protection against wind to scissor lifts operated outdoors. The chain curtain can be fitted below the scissor lift, thus restricting access to the scissor mechanism and other moving parts.
